CMI® Base Mortar Grey EX 981

CMI® Base Mortar Grey EX 981 is a high-quality polymer-modified hydrophobic cement-based skim coat (top coat) that specially formulated with excellent weatherability and durability for building envelope long lasting beauty. It is a coarser base mortar, suitable to be used for exterior cement-rendered brick wall, AAC block wall and concrete surfaces. It can also be used for surface improvement, patching and general repair work on uneven wall and ceiling areas at semi-exposed and exterior applications.

USES

• Exterior Skim Coat (Top Coat) for rendered brick wall and AAC block wall, as well as concrete wall and ceiling soffits to provide excellent protection to building for long lasting beauty.
• Surface improvement for precast concrete wall and ceilings at both semi-exposed and exterior areas.
• As patching mortar to repair hairline crack and general repair works.
• Highly recommended for project with QLASSIC / CONQUAS / BQUAS requirement.
• The surface can be further sponged to obtain elegant and consistent fine texture.
• Highly recommended to be used with Nippon Paint’s exterior paint systems for the best compatibility and long-lasting beauty.
• It should not be use on painted surface
